Clear caulk for wooden floor gaps?

I have wood floor with a few gaps between the tiles.
I have applied wood filler twice in 3 years, but the filler came out because the tiles expand and contract over time.
I was thinking about putting clear transparent caulk between the tiles, because caulk is a material that expands and contracts. I also would like to ask what is a very good transparent coating material to put on top of the wooden floor?

What is the lightest floor tile or stone flooring available?

My girlfriend and I are thinking of putting underfloor heating in our Bedford camper, however it requires tiles, stone or ceramic flooring which would signifcantly increase the weight of the vehicle.

We were wondering if anyone knew of a suitable lightweight material that would be safe enough to use.

                              Thanks!
