did you use Killz on the wood prior to installing the carpet?

    • MyBassfishingtv:

No I did not , I used a water proof glue and the outdoor carpet , and it is
still working like a charm , have not had a problem with it at all !

    • Jame Hill:

Its easier to turn it upside down, then use tracing paper and map the seam.
lay the trace on wood and cut to shape with jig saw.

i think was easier the way i did it , but whatever way you find easier is
fine. theres more then one way to do it ! thanx

Hey how you doing? Was thinking about how to put a floor in my 280 then saw
your video. Thanks! One question: is it easy to take the floor in and out
of the raft? I like to bring it camping a couple times a year and always
keep it uninflated and folded up for space and storage reasons.

    • MyBassfishingtv:

Robert** ya it’s very easy to take in and out! You can even put hinges on
it so the floor can fold up for easy storage! Hope that helps! !and thanx
      for watching

do you leave the floor inflated while on the water with the plywood over
      it?

      Vid was very helpful. Thx

I used 3/4″ plywood water sealed, grey multipurpose carpet on the 4 person
boat. 2 swivel chairs, a motor mount, and a Min Kota trolling motor
